Back to the original question, YES he has to fight Witter. I cant believe you've had a rival for all these years, in the same weight class, who is also a world champ and you refuse to fight him. On the 24/7 leading up to pbf you say you wanna fight the best and have a good legacy but you continue ducking the no 2 in your division. Witter has only just got to Hattons level. Witter had a 15 or something ko winning streak, against Africans and blown up lightweights (that you take the **** out of Hatton for). He turned down a fight with Eamon Magee. He Has only, over the past couple of years arrived on the world stage. Therefore he hasnt always been Hattons rival, well he has but only now has he been on te same level as Hatton
