FWIW heres a direct quote: Hatton added: I didnt see the punch coming. But it was a great shot. I congratulate Manny. He is a terrific fighter.
Speaking of people's inspirational avatars, I saw "Foxy Brown" there at a midnight showing when I was 8; I think it pushed me all the way up to puberty and then straight through in a single night. Mmmm... Pam Grier...
Those must be the most accurate wild shots I have seen. Pacquiao connected more than 50% of his wild shots, if I'm not mistaken.
Thats was the most accurate set of wild of shots I have ever seen a boxer throw ..Spot on Hatton Spot on :think
This content is protected This content is protected :-( I hope Hatton stops issuing statements like this. He should remain humble even in defeat. That is not what people saw . . . in that short 2 rounds. Manny worried? Wild shots???
If you read it, he appears to be saying Pacquiao was throwing wild shots briefly during the second round. And to be fair, Hatton did make an 'ok' start to said round and Pacquiao briefly looked less effective. It was when Hatton got too excited and rushed in that Pacquiao went back to the timing and precision he'd shown in the first and as a consequence he was able to start landing more effectively and finish Hatton off.
Well . . . his Dad will get a lot of antagonism if he continues to talk that way. I have nothing against Hatton.
I know I've posted it before and its not nearly as scandalous as the quote from his Dad, but heres a quote directly attributed to Hatton.:good
