    Ricky Hatton vs Matthew Hatton

PBF is going to be so jealous.

I don't understand. Hatton's been going up in weight between fights since forever. What makes people think he can't get down to 140 again? His punch resistance is gone but I don't remember Pacquiao or Mayweather KO'ing his metabolism. He can still lose weight. Maybe only down to 147 though as he is past prime afterall.

If Ricky fights dlh or jmm it would be nothing short of a farce. He'd be trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

It really is Amir Khan or bust now. That's what it's all boiled down to.

However, the interesting thing is his wording. He says we wants to get into a war, knowing full well Amir is not about wars. He would school him, and that's why he's talkin' all this bull about wars with dlh & jmm.

Do us all a favour and fight Khan or stay retired, Ricky lad.

I think ur being unfair on him Maza, the fight with JMM could possibly be a classic, big crowd, hatton and JMM trying to cement their legacy, could be two old warriors really shootig it out in last chance saloon.

But as far as ODLH, that will have the stench of a pigsty.

Thats fair comment mate. The problem is that it may just end up being a damp squib.

Yea there's always a possibility of that, especially considering the Luczano fight, but I've not seen many Boring Marquez fights (the mayweather fight aside, more to do with size difference and skill level), I personally see a Diaz-Marquez II in the making between these 2.

I totally agree and I can't believe there are people who would actually go and watch this farce of a fight. I can't see it happening though.

    Cheers toffee

Hey don't get me wrong. If this fight was to materialise I'd have my tickets booked within a minute I just think Hatton would get pumped :good

I would watch it on the box no doubt but no way would I go to see this Live.

It's a joke exhibition fight to line his pockets again but I can't see it happening. Marquez would be the obvious comeback fight for me if Khan doesn't fight him next and Hatton would get stopped.

Yeah I know what your saying mate but it'd probably be a decent event and would probably sell out too so it'd be good having a full Wembley. I actually really like DLH too and always have done so if nothing else it'd be an excuse to say I saw him :good

I honestly wouldn't want to even watch this crap on tv.

Imagine how bad the build up on Sky would be for hardcore fans?? Would Ricky use his mythical P4P title to build it up?-i've a horrible feeling he would.

Makes me annoyed thinking even about it.
