    This thread makes no sense. Current European fighters I respect the most for taking chances and breaking out there comfort zone are David Haye, Carl Froch, Ricky Hatton and the Klits.

    I dont think any young fighters should take inspiration from Hatton for his fighting style in particular his disregard for basic defensive techniques but the guy did aim to fight the best.

    When your conclusions are based on ambigous statments such as "he made it happen" or "he had the balls to make it happen" you're going to encounter a lot of sceptics.

    I am agreeing with you.. Everytime I see a ringpost now, I go face first into it.. all because Ricky Hatton inspired me to do so. If that ****in midget can do it, then damn it so can I!!
