The soviet-precision counter puncher style of Tszyu that is not backed up by a sound defence is horrible against rough housing and pressure.

Against Castillo last, he got the early KO, but he looked terribly sloppy and in round 3 Castillo even at his worst form yet was able to exploit some of those defensive flaws that Hatton has and landed some good shots, I couldn't help but think to myself - 'Wow, imagine if Castillo had the ability to slip Hatton's sloppy work and still had his prime timing, this wouldn't even be a content really'.

Does anybody think Hatton can beat any top 5 Welter? I think they all destroy him with ease.

Yet this is one of the world's best 10 fighters? Give me a break.

Mayweather TKO 9, and I cannot wait to see some of these ridiculous Hatton fans comments after Ricky can't even so much as win a round clearly. The two things that we already know are coming are -

'No big deal losing to the world's best'

- Certainly not Hatton fans, but getting totally thrashed uncompetitively like he's going to be is a clear statement.

Then they will of course be blown away by Floyd and comment accordingly, even though this is completely predictable and as clear as crystal what's going to happen as Hatton is not a good technical pressure fighter, but a rough housing swarmer tailor made for an effective slick counter puncher.

All Mayweather's fights are handpicked, but he is still good and the best in the division, and the best in boxing. Manny Pacquiao is starting to get the drift, that you can fight less threatening fighters and get paid more. That is why he is doing his rematch tour, instead of fighting Juan Diaz or Juan Guzman.

i do believe hatton is a bit over rated but not as much as some people think. granted, his best wins are over 2 less than complete fighters due to age and motivation but the fact remains that he did beat them and beat them very convincingly. these were two very hard men in their time and ricky stopped them cold. i dont like to make excuses for fighters because at this level these guys know what it takes to beat a champ so its their resposibility to come correct. if they dont, then their opponent has beat them before the fight even starts. being great means putting in the work like floyd does and if you cant put in the work then you just dont have everything you need to be great. all and all i dont think floyd will breeze through ricky like he did corrales. and chico was no slouch. i think it will be more like 8 rds to 4 in favor of floyd.
