:good Agree with you. He has kept his head firmly on the ground, the matchup with Billy Graham being truly something special.

He needs to face Witter sooner rather than later.

Yep, he seems pretty level headed to me. Most top boxers (but not all) are often described as arrogant *******s. Look at FMJ for example.

Thought Hatton came across well on Parkinson - down to earth and humorous. Liked the line about Mayweather coming back as himself if he was reincarnated!

You'd all like Ricky if he acted like Floyd then ??

I don't see why so many people have a problem with someone who just acts like a normal human being.

Yes Floyd is probably the best P4P boxer on the planet, and i respect him for that, but as a person he just acts like a total arsehole.

An interesting thread, if your a brash champion your'e a "big time charlie",if you try to remain the same it's all a big charade??? The guy can't bleedin win.

Reminds me of a pal who won the lottery, he reckons if he goes in the pub and tries to get a round in they call him a show off, if he doesn't, they say he's a tight c@nt!!!

why does he go on about it all time time though? It's annoying, cheesy, tiresome and in the end there's a falseness about it. I've seen him refer to himself in the 3rd person in interviews.....I don't know of any humble, down to earth lads that do that.

the main issue with Hatton is the way he builds up his opponents to be something he must very well know they are not. He's a conman in that respect, and most of his fan base are too ignorant and/or stupid to know better.

yep, that's sounds better to me.

    Wicky 'the Conman' 'Atton.

yes Ron, but there's not much in it. If Mayweather would stop being the least funny trash talker of all time and stopped being a general dick I would be rooting for him.
