I'm just watching North West Tonight, and to me..Ricky Hatton does not look lean in his face.

Usaully he look's, very lean in his face...this close to fight time.

    Abit of a pointless thread..

    Just felt like saying it...

But you never know, he could be using steriods which promote water retention.

I am used to seeing Ricky Hatton, looking very lean and defined in his face.

It's always a sign..that he is in great shape.

he looks ok to me and it doesn't look like getting down to 10 stone as taken its toll on him.

I'd expect him to look better given he got rid of that joker Kerry Kayes (who knows as much about nutrition as the owner of a kebab shop) and came in to camp lighter than he has in years. Finally he doesn't look ill.

PS why the **** would hatton use steriods when the so called experts time after time question his ability to make weight? Hey Ricky you might struggle to make 140, why don't you try steriods which will bulk you up and stop you losing water weight and drying out properly. Get ****ing real.

    Listen you ****ing tit..

Steriods by themselfs, do not bulk you up. Training in a body building manner and nutrition does...

I just could'nt help but noticed, that Ricky hatton's face is really fat.

    It's not usaully like this...

Look at the difference between his face, from the Mayweather 24/7..about aweek from the fight.

And now look at his body/face now...!

    Big big difference.

Dont think he's carryin es much muscle mass, with him not workin with Kerry Kays.
He'll look gaunt enough once he dries out for the weigh-in

I suspect he has been doing less weights under Mayweather and has been training like a boxer for a change and not an Olympic sprinter. Same weight but more water/fat retention means less muscle which may not be such a bad thing as it could inmprove his flexibility and stamina. I doubt very much he has been using steroids I suspect he has just been eating healthy food instead of those geriatric meal replacement shakes he usually has before fights which I've never been convinced about.
