Good to hear from Ricky again. He stated: "I am not retired! I have renewed my license, and if I wake up one day, and the urge is there, you'll be the first to know".

Rest of the article is on the scene.

I really hope we'll see Hatton back in the ring. Hatton/Judah anyone?:hey

Was he sipping on a pint while he said this by chance?

Hatton has no urge. Pacquiao took his urge the same as he took Floyd's. Pacquiao has many urges.

I really wish he would retire and stay retired. He still believes that he could've and should've beaten Mayweather and the Pacquiao fight still haunts him. We've all seen this sort of situation before. The only difference here is that Hatton doesn't need the money.

His chin is ****ed. Anyone with a bit of power will KO him and that would be sad to see. One last fight against a decent but not heavy handed fighter I wouldnt mind seeing.

Ricky had a great boxing career but he needs to call it a day now, I don't want to see him get hurt!

Agree with you mate, i dont want to see him hurt and hes doing good with his promotional company gym and bussiness etc. he dont need more money, he should just offically call it a day. However if he came back for 1 farewell fight to finish on a win. I would go to it.

Hatton is done , had a great career , and is probably a top 10 140lb hall of fame candidate. Only the very best beat him, outside of that won legitimate world titles at two weight classes and ruled a division for 3 years.

No "urge" to see Hatton fight again. His chin was crushed, and with his style of fighting, that won't bode well for him.

Ricky's a rich man, he should retire and enjoy the rest of his life with his family.
