Hatton - Mayweather 2?

Any rematch would be on mayweathers terms in Vegas. Hatton would have to go back into the same environment where he got knocked out the last time.
No way is mayweather going to do a rematch on hattons hometurf on so called "even terms".

 

Right so he doesn't care less if it's not in "his" division. I assume he means he doesn't mind taking another pasting from PBF at 147 for big money because he knows he has the "not his division" excuse to fall back on plus knowing he "lost to the best".

As much as I'm dissapointed Hatton won't face Witter I'm more dissapointed Cotto PBF doesn't look like happening. That is the biggest fight for boxing right now but instead boxings premiere fighter is looking to take on Big Show in the WWE followed by another fight with the Golden Boy that no one wants to see. That is some bonfire of vanities.

As for Hatton's continual bleating about the ref, it's becoming rather sad. Joe Cortez is a fine referee & I hear no complaints from Mr Calzaghe about his appointment for his forthcoming bout with Hopkins. I guess when Hatton says "a ref on top of his game" he means one of his mates like Vann who will let him foul.

I can blame him for fighting a **** opponent at 140 when theres a much more derserving, meaningful, British opponent though.

 

The reason why Mayweather v. Hatton 2 is a ridiculous fight is because Hatton cannot possibly win unless he is allowed to get away with the kind of rough stuff that is way over the line...and even then, Mayweather would have to have a very bad night. Hatton simply cannot win a boxing match against Mayweather, especially at the wrong weight. So this fight is meaningless. Might as well fight Haye! If he wants to fight a meaningful fight, he should fight a lesser opponent at the correct weight for both, who can actually beat him! That's Witter! Just do it, Hatton, or STFU!

 

Why doesnt Witter fight Mayweather, Torres or malignaggi two of which have far lower profiles then Hatton?

 

Huh? Because Witter is not a big name...he doesn't have 50,000 fans! if he did, Mayweather would fight Witter! This is all about MONEY!!!
