This is a 50/50 matchup imo, anybody that does'nt think so is badly underestimating the caliber of Ricky Hatton.

Hatton is a great fighter imo, but the fight is also a styles issue for Mayweather.
There are plenty of fighters who are technically better than Hatton, but who of those is as tenacious and attacks to the body like Ricky Hatton.

When Mayweather goes to the ropes, like he loves to do when extremely pressured, that is'nt going to be DLH trying to take Mayweathers head off......thats going to be Ricky Hatton almost surely attacking Mayweathers body.

Nobody likes to get hit clean to the body. This is going to be a fight people!:happy

Btw, this is one I would'nt put any money on either to win!

Should've said "i can't stand Floyd and even though i think he'll win, i'm gonna bet on Hatton to knock him the **** out". That way, if Floyd wins, you and they know that your boxing knowlegde was correct and if he loses, you win too. That's win/win. Right now, if Floyd wins, they might consider you an even more arrogant '****' and if Hatton wins, you're ****ed and you're gonna hear it every time you make a new prediction or boxing statement. That's lose/lose. Of course you did stick to your choice and didn't let their pressure influence you so that's good.

    Just don't bet

I never bet against the fighter I want to win, even if I think they don't have a chance.

I think PBF will probably win, but Ricky has a chance and I'll be cheering him all the way, betting on PBF would make me a bull**** supporter of Ricky, so no betting

    'since the Tszyu fight'

I wonder what you were doing pre Tszyu, probably picking against him. You probably did the same with Castillo. Now you fail for the THIRD TIME!

i struggle to see him beating any of the top guys at 147.

but at 140, i don't care how much people hype up witter, malignaggi etc. he's pretty much unbeatable there. he owns the division.

    nothing else to add really.

Personally I'd love to see Hatton hand Mayweather his ass, I just can't ever see this realistically happening. (unless PBF majorly under-estimates him).

Hopefully this will be the case.

He has beaten a top 10 140 pounder and a top 30 135 pounder. Proof is in the pudding.
