Agreed, Cortez's actions were terrible, the outcome probably would have been the same either way, but maybe not. Hatton may have been able to slow Floyd down more effectively if Cortez would have punished Floyd for use of the elbow. Also in the early rounds it was clear that he was breaking far too early, it was disgracefull.
