pride in his charge and the knowledge he had noticeably improved him ?who needs words, the proof was there in front of everyone
I have felt that Ajose would beat him for the last 6 years but that is not the point. This is a contest I have analysed for years and I have studied him assidously for years. This is not the post to talk about a match up between them rather we should be applauding Hatton for a great great victory. Saturday's victory was Hatton's and deservedly so and his should get all the plaudits for a great performance. He took apart apart an awkward guy to fight in Malignaggi. Hatton is great for boxing. I thought he might lose on Saturday but I am glad he won. He is excellent for boxing. I appreciate him in way that quite frankly I don't care about Calzaghe. He can go on for a few more years.
Come on don't let us be silly. Matthew Hatton against Ajose OLusegun would be legalised assault. I would not allow it. By the way how did Matthew do against Ben Tackie.
He won by wide UD. Not sure how Hatton jr vs Olusegun would go - it would certainly be a step up for both, going on recent opposition.
Please even Matthew Hatton's family and fans know that such a contest would not be good for his health and well being. As Jim Watt would say when you face Ajose Olusegun you have a good chjance not just of losing but of being seriously hurt.
Those are just stay busy fights were we practice our skills we don't exactly throw the full arsenal in those contests do we?
