Brits support their own and the rest support the opponent. I find this often happens. I think it has happened with Froch v Taylor as well.

No problem. We can handle it.

    I'm backing Ricky.

He get's most of them wrong, but he was one of the few people to back Pacquiao over De La Hoya.

he thought Tony The tiger Thompson would KO Klitschko and was sure of it

surprised at Malignaggi thought they was mates after there fight

i have played this fight over in my head a hundred times and i see 2 methods of victory for each of them

Pacquiao- Has to come in land his shots then move around make some space then launch into another attack and make more space then repeat

Hatton- Cut of the ring pund the body and rough him up

simplified abit as i couldnt be arsed explaining the rest

Diaz can only give the opinion of a one dimensional punch bag,
Malinaggi can't get over how **** he was and maybe is.
Callazo and Lazcano are basically admitting that Pacman would knock them both out, Hatton beat them both.

I hope Hatton sticks it to all of his beaten, past foes one more time.

I read the magazine and poll on this as well. McCracken did not pull punches. I know he trains Hennessy fighters but even I thought the comments on Witter were a bit OTT. However I favour Pacquiao strongly in this match up I must say especially the way he fights now and has matured. I have not seen any improvement in Hatton since the Tyzu fight.

I think McCracken is just backing his men.

He said that Hopkins 'nicked' the fight with Eastman..... not quite sure it was a steal... I felt it was clear.

    The Ingle quotes....

    John

Pacquiao's ferociousness will see him through. He never takes a backward step. Hatton's strong but I thought the Malignaggi win flaterred him a bit. I never thought Malignaggi were any good to start with. Pacquiao's not a one punch hitter but I think he will be too fast.

    Dominic

It'd be good for British boxing if Hatton wins but I think Pacquiao beats him to a standstill. Too strong, too fast, too accurate. The Mayweather defeat dented Hatton's confidence, proved to him that he is not infallible and he seems to have slipped since. In contrast, Pacquiao is still on the rise. Pacquiao's the better boxer. Hatton will no doubt try and jump on him but, even if it's a war, he will still come off second best.

    Brendan

Pacquiao should win, probably on a cut but it's only 60-40. Hatton will give anyone that wades in a fight but he cannot afford to get cut in the first four rounds. If he can come through that unscathed, I've a sneaky feeling he might spring an upset. It'll be a cracking fight while it lasts but I side ever so slightly with the Pac fella.

Brendan was, as is generally the case, pretty complimentary toward Hatton.... Dominic as usual dismissive, whilst John is in between.

I absolutely hate people who do predictions based on cuts.
