I can't say anything that hasn't already been said.

shame though as in the long run if DLH plows through both it'll make the image of boxing look poor

I think it's bad enough having the "biggest fight of the year"

be referred to as a strictly money fight, that's also on paper a mismatch

thats why you can give a pass to pac-man for taking the fight. it is a david vs. goliath type match. but dlh should be the one embarrassed. you got guys like willaims and margo calling him out and dlh chooses to fight a a man who was once a flywieght. and imagine the rudicule if dlh loses to such a small fighter.

I did notice around the time (before and after) when both parties agreed on the terms and the fight was anounced, that the vast majority gave no chances to Pac. At the present I don`t see that too much, this doesn`t mean people changed their mind, but they don`t comment on that as they used to. I guess we will have to wait a little, maybe when the fight gets closer.

Regarding the challenge.... I respect your opinion.... I see it differently though, but that`s me. I just see it as a money fight first and a challenge if there is any, second. I still think that this is a win win situation for Pac and if he loses the fight nobody is going to say anything or blame it on Pac, and therefore is a fight with no risk for Pac. On the other hand, and it might sound laughable but is true, if Hoya loses people will make sure he never forgets about that day.

Eventhough Hoya is going to be the favourite he will lose a lot if he loses the fight.... a defeat for Hoya is meaningfull/significant while a defeat for Pac it isn`t. A victory for Pac is meaninfull/significant while a victory for Hoya is meaningless.

In the second paragraph of your reply you acknowledge that many of those who think that Pac can/could win ``are thinking with their hearts`` I think that tells us something.... It tells us that pretty much everything still the same..... the pressure is on Hoya not on Pac. Hoya MUST win...... Pac just has to be himself.... fight.... if he loses..... doesn`t matter..... go to the bank and collect his money.
