you're the stupid *****, it's nothing to do with the education system being racist, it's cultural things like a disproportionate number of black kids in the uk coming from a broken family with no male role model etc. apparently 59% of black carabean kids, 54% mixed race against 22% of white kids coming from single parent families. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/06/15/nhealth315.xml obviously you don't allways go off the rails if you're from a one parent family but things like that can have an impact in some cases.

the uk has some racist elements but not much.

Well, I'll be a nice guy about it - you as an American citizen do not have the most freedoms of anyone in the world, not even close. Especially after the "Patriot" Act.
