Is he serious, does he really believe that, and are REAL Boxing fans meant too as well?:?

He needs to realise that beating the P4P No.1 doesn't make you the P4P No.1 all the time.

Had he beaten Mayweather at 147, he would have had a very strong case, but beating a smaller man in Pacquiao doesn't do it (IMO).

To be honest, I feel Marquez is No.1 - was ripped off twice against Pacquiao AND beat a top 5 135lb'er (Pacman didn't IMO).

Exactly.Whats worse is he 'thinks' beating Oscar would do it too.
He should just say he wants the truck loads of cash from an Oscar or Pac fight and not insult our intelligence.

I think he just loves saying p4p no.1 and the gullible public will believe him. His nuts tv show is quite entertaining though.

Yes they will latch onto anything and then talk **** for hours like Cassius Clay could have beaten Muhammed Ali if the match had been made.

If he beats Paulie and then the winner of Pac/Oscar how far off the P4P # 1 is he?
Surely that would get him top 5, maybe top 3, and then one more fight against a top opponent and he is there right?

If he beats Paulie he may JUST edge back into the top 10.

Beating either Pac or Oscar will put him around 7ish on my list - Pac is No.2 on my list and active, whilst Hoya is a bigger guy and still a top fighter (though not peak).

To get to No.1, he will have to........

Beat Paulie convincingly (easy enough IMO)
Beat De La Hoya clear UD (better than Mayweather did)
    Beat Tim Bradley clear UD/KO
Beat Pacquiao/JMM once PROVEN at 140

The sadist in me was tempted to say that he has to beat Antonio Margarito but really all he would be doing is beating a bigger version of himself (a version who really should be at least 154 even 160).

Hatton sometimes reminds me of that little green frog sat on the stairs.

He Was Knocked Out Badly By The Pound For Pound No 1

He Is Not The Pound For Pound Number - Never Was - And In Recent Fights He Has Got Worse Not Better

In Britian Joe Calzaghe Is Clearly A More Solid Pound For Pound Candadite Than Hatton

David Haye Is A Better Pound For Pound Fighter Than Hatton

Hatton Has Never Been That Elite Level

He Is World Class But Not Special Enough To Be The Greatest

    Yep.:good
He seems to think you can manipulate things to become a paper PFP1 title holder,in the same way you can pick up a hollow paper World championship.

It doesnt work like that Wikki boy,not even a likkle.
