You always talk about Hopkins cheating but conveniently ignore the fact that Calzaghe throws hundreds of illegal punches. He gets away with it just as Hopkins gets away with holding.

 

That is because very few are actually illegal, and hence he isn't called on it. They are no more the inside of the glove than many hooks.

He struggled badly against Collazo, he got caught against Lazcano.... if he fights anyone in top 10 P4P ranking he will be beat.... including Pacquiao.... He's lost his head movement and because he be Tszyu by fighting on his chest he tried that with everyone after Tszyu and not fared as well.... Tszyu was his best fight....but it was against a fighter who had not fought for over a year....and was old....hence his retirement straight after the fight..... he fought a shot Castillo.....and scraped past Collazo..... The guy is nowhere near top 10 P4P.... he only reached their in some ranking due to his fanatical support and the money he brings into fights...... That's why Hoya and Mayweather wouldn't mind some of him....he's ideal.... he can be beat, is small and will bring lots of fans (money)...... why aren't people calling out Margarito?


If Hatton fought Cotto I'd give him more respect.... but he's just fighting guys where the money is like other boxers.... the differance is....he tries to make out he's doing it for his fans, manchester or man city..... His fans are getting ripped off....His f****head supporters deserve it!!

 

Marquez was not riped off twice.... he was unlucky once (first fight).... the 2nd fight was close.... but Pacqiao clearly wins more rounds....

Marquez done well on his 135 debut and beat a top contender.... doesn't make him no.1 though. Pacman is still no. 1....as he beat Marquez fair....

Beat Paulie convincingly (easy enough IMO)
Beat De La Hoya clear UD (better than Mayweather did)
Beat Tim Bradley clear UD/KO
Beat Pacquiao/JMM once PROVEN at 140


Agree totally. To be honest tho i can see him having 3 money spinners and out the Bradley fight would be a good one up and comer just defeated witter which was a talked about fight for years and looked like it might happen untill Junior blew it. I cant see him beating DLH tho. Bradley id make him 70/30 fav at the minute depeing how he does against paulie and i cant see either pac or JMM proving thems selves at 140 they will take the $$$ fights as well.
