Hatton said it, and I had thought the same thing

"Baldomir and Lovemore N'Dou are the two worst sparring partners he could have picked, in my opinion. They are slow, ponderous, plod forward and don't change angles or have the volume and variation of punches I have."

Did anyone else think the same thing when you heard about Mayweather's sparring partners? Who do you think would have served as a better sparring partner in prep for Hatton?

Floyd probably switches partners so they stay fresh.

That being said, some argue that Hatton is slow, ponderous, plods forward, doesn't change angles, and doesn't have much in terms of volume and variation.

I think they're decent sparring partners. But another question is who has Hatton been using as sparring partners and how can you compare anyone to Floyd right now?

Hatton is certainly quicker and a more diverse puncher than Baldomir and N'Dou. Wouldn't you agree?

They didn't say who Hatton has been sparring with other than to say it has been with smaller, faster guys.

Appalling choices of sparring partners by Team Mayweather and even then Baldomir 'stopped' Floyd in sparring. Bad news all round for Uncle Rodge

they put on constant pressure though which is what floyd needs in sparring. especially in baldomir's case, no way with sparring glvoes and headgear floyd can continuously keep him off so its great training. but i guess its true the only person who can truly mimic hatton's style is juan diaz
