Emulate him how? By being totally unlikeable?

    Two things:

First, Hatton does not have the skill nor style to do that.

Second, for someone that doesn't really have the necessary skill nor style to do what Floyd has done, that person would need to be just as unscrupulously cunning when meeting handpicked "champs" as Floyd has been. And that is not going to happen because Hatton does not have the same backing Floyd has.

Hanpicked "champs" huh? Floyd fought at 130,135,140,147, and 154. He beat the true champs at 130 and 135. He tried to fight Hatton and Cotto at 140(was turned down). He beat the former and current linear champ at 147, and beat Oscar at 154. Margarito is probably the only viable champ that Floyd didn't fight or try to fight.

why do you have to win titles at multiple divisions to be great??? alot of people have done that.

marvin hagler ruled one division for a long time, so did bernard hopkins till now, look at joe calzaghe.

i think it takes more to stay at one division and beat all comers instead ofkeep switching and ducking.

it also shows how dedicated a fighter is, staying fit to stay in one division

Maybe Steve Irwin shoulda followed in Floyd's steps, handpicking opponents. Cuz the stingray was damn sure not an opponent he had a chance against.

I can see Hatton making damage with the wide stance used by Vicious Power77 in his sparring vids. That wide crouch helps generate insane power, and Ricky is just very physically strong!!

That's why I think he should imitate Vicious Boxer77 and not Mayweather!!!

Forget about the titles look at who he beat, its not that impressive for a P4P top man...if Hatton beats Mayweather that makes a more impressive CV and Hatton should be classed as the top man of world boxing
