    I think is HIV.

    1) Some symptoms of HIV includes dramatic weight loss... I mean how he fall from 180lbs to 140 in 6 months.

    2) Open Sores.... Hatton's last two appearances on HBO. He has sported Herpes on his lips and also in press conferences.

    3) Flu like symptoms... 2nd fight in a row where he is reported that he have a sudden sickness.

    I think he needs to get check out

    Agree, think he has some health problems that aren't being revealed to the public. He's just not the same...........
