I'm a Hatton fan. I said before the PBF fight that PBF was too good and would stop him late.
He did. The ref was a ****ing joke, but even if the ref had been spot on, Hatton still would have lost, either by wide UD or most likely late stoppage just as he did.

There is no excuse. You can comment on a bad ref regardless of the outcome. Eddie Cotton was a ****ing disgrace in the Lewis-Tyson fight, totally biased against Lewis and looking to find a way to disqualify him, but Lewis won anyway.

The ref in the Hatton-Tsyzu fight, let Hatton get away with too much holding early on, but both men fought quite dirty and after round 4 the ref was not too much of a problem, and Hatton won fair and square, but it was not a good reffing performance.

Likewise Cortez was a joke in the Hatton-PBF fight. He tried to split them up at one point before they had even got into a clinch, and fighting out of a clinch is part of boxing, always has been. Go back and watch some old fights and tell me that Ali, Foreman, Marciano etc did not clinch.

I wont make an excuse if Hatton loses to Pac it is a distinct possibility, Pac is faster and a southpaw, and could open Hattons face up. But he is also more straight lined in attack than PBF, less defensively skilled and not used to being backed up.

I pick Hatton by late TKO. But there would be no shame in losing to Pac and no excuse from me, which is more than I can say for the Hatton haters who have a long list of excuses for every single decent win he has ever had. ****ing hypocrites.

I think you right. And IMO will the referee play an importent f actor in this fight.IF he let them fight on the inside aswell as on the outside, ricky will have some advantages IMO,JOE CORTEZ did it really bad in the may-hattton fight..
So hopefully they get a referee who let the fighters fight, and don“t jump in every 10 sec.

    hmm says..
even though it's his division. He has not fared well with southpaws. Even though he has won against southpaws, he needs more experience with them. Just watch his matches with Collazo and Urango (2 or only 2 southpaws he faced). Both these fights went the distance and won on a slim UD. They are no Pacman, but you can see potential troubles southpaws can pose for Hatton. I might add, there was A LOT of clinching from Hatton..

What was your prediction before PAC-DLH? Come on, you can be honest once in awhile. I'm sure your prediciton was PAC will get decaptated by the famous left hook. :hat

I like Pac not really a Hatton fan but I think Hatton has a good chance I think some people get excited over a fighters last peformance and expect or think it means a landslide in there next match. Style makes fights So you have to go on alot more than just the last fight I don't think Pacman if he wins is going to be by a knock out. Golden boy took a fight with Pacman why I don't know With nothing to gain and to come down in weight like he did was crazy Pacman has amazing energy and speed Golden boy runs out gas that has alwasy been his problem its not going to be the same with Hatton he'll go all the way

I agree with you 100% I my self had DLH to win and possibly by knock out until I saw how he looked when he came in for the naturally bigger figther he came in smaller but like you said some people should be honest

the collazo fight was close but there's no shame in not stopping urango he's a tank, and in a poor performance hatton won 10 rounds. but i agree it would be better for hatton if pac wasn't a lefty.
