Correct - Ricky has no advantage here.

Incorrect - Cotto would beat the living hell out of Ricky for a 8th round stoppage

Both lost to Collazo (scorecards aside) - but I think Berto has the pop and the speed to lay Ricky out.

Hahahaha - no chance. Ricky would die.

Actually, ruling out a big shot, I think Ricky could beat Cintron.

Too big, too fast, too good - Ricky would get ripped up.

No doubt. Zab's a huge disappointment.

He can be outworked and out-gamed, so I don't see why not.

I honestly think that the Mosley win over Margo could have been the last hurrah of a great old warrior, a last effort...remember, he was only 30 seconds from retirement after being embarrassed by Mayorga for 11.5 rounds until he landed that big one. (not saying that any version of Hatton would beat him, but I don't overrate Mosley)

    Beeston,

Cotto can't box? For five rounds against Margarito he had him looking foolish. Then Margo's handwraps got hard and he did his damage. Even then, Cotto frequently used movement and hand speed to confound Margo.

He cuts the ring off beautifully, sets up shots well and certainly uses both hands well. I think you're looking at when he was still developing at LWW. Where he still would have beaten Hatton for my money.

    Sorry pal........

I don't agree. For starters, Hatton is a far better boxer than Margarito, perhaps the only area where Margo is superior is his chin, and firing in the uppercuts.

Cotto could beat Hatton, but Hatton could also beat Cotto. If you read my original post, it states that I believe it is a 50-50 affair.

He doesn't cut the ring off that well - I would guess most top 10-15 fighters would fancy their chances of shortening the distance against Gomez and Jennings, without wishing to be disrespectful.

I think he'll beat Pac but I reckon that fight could take a lot out of him. Mayweather again would be silly. I'm sure he could perform better but regardless there is only 1 winner of that fight. Put him in with the winner of Holt-Bradley and if he wins then put him in with JMM. Then if he comes through that he can have a homecoming against Junior Witter :D
