I'm guessing the hungry Vyacheslav Senchenko will try with all his power and skills to KO Hatton cold in the 1st round just to make a statement...:D

BTW Vyacheslav Senchenko is 5' 10" with 70" reach... The 5' 7" (65" reach) Hatton will look like a midget in there...

He's really been a 147er 4 a few years now if truth be known & 140 been a nice safe haven + a mighty good earner 4 him & his dad, all the bad basterds were at 135/147

He's just waiting 2 see winner ov Khan/Kotelnick & if Khan wins it'll be MEGA MEGA $$$$$$$$$$$

Is the guy he's facing the "real" WBA champ, or the Optimus Prime Junior Champion in Recess? It'd be a shame to have a megaevent like this without even having a belt on the line.

I looked at his record, 20 wins by knockout and undefeated.

    hmmm

risky Fight for Hatton if it goes through

but I can see the sense of Hatton moving up

    especially considering the following

    1. if Ricky's really having trouble @ making 140

and more importantly ..#2. with how he got handled by Pac, no way in hell he'll fight Pacquiao anytime soon so if your Hatton, why stick around and risk it vs Witter, Khan and or Bradley if you struggle to make the weight?

outside of a Pacquiao rematch, which most likely isn't happening the only other fights for Ricky that would be worth sticking around 140 would be Witter or Khan and while good domestic scraps might not be worth the risk for Hatton.

Hatton is irrelevant now and fighting unkowns will only keep him there, it will only matter if he faces a live body but in the Euro trad he will fight no names and get paid. Local hero thats all.

And if ever he wins, he will be back to his old self by bragging he beat a welter in the same manner he beat Paulie. He will have the gall to challenge Pac again by trumpheting a new improved Hatton.
