No warm up fights for Hatton. Such a risky move but should be a good fight for the fans. Edit. Hatton already had a tune up with his old man.
may be THE fight to decide BOTH guys future. the loser retires yeah? the winner still has options if they want it. will pack out any joint in the uk.
I agree...this would be a good one to go out on for him and he should get justly rewarded for it you would think.
Should be a good fight while it lasts...........be interesting to see how Hatton's chin holds up to a Kats left hook......style wise should be a top fight.
Kats should hook up with a good trainer for this, no more thailand training camps. he really needs to put in a bit of money and head to the USA and get down to business. His fitness has never really been an issue. It's his defense, something smith could'nt help adjust. Maybe it's all to late but i hope he takes this opportunity because a win over hatton will propel his name back into the headlines for more big fights.
18000 tickets were sold before they knew who the opponent was. http://www.badlefthook.com/2012/9/2...ts-sold-manchester-arena-opponent-boxing-news The loser should probably retire.
J Fortune never helped him against Mensah though that was their first fight together. Hope Kats looks better this time.
must be somebody out there who can show him how to use his right hand properly. the way he uses it, it wouldn't make lauryn eagle flinch. and if he is gunna chase his opponent around the ring, he has to throw punches. sometimes he can do that for over a minute with out throwing a single punch. it's suicide imo.
