We know what Hatton is about, what his strength and weaknesses are, but we dont know enough about Bradley to say. Witter was his first step up and he won that comfortably. He seemed like a very well rounded and a smart fighter to me. Didnt see the Cherry fight, but apparently he dominated that one.

Too many uknowns here to make a definite pick, but I think to say with certainty that Hatton destroys Bradley is a bit brave to me, Hatton struggled with lesser fighters than Bradey.

Good post; one of the more sensible ones in this thread.

Wow, Hatton is getting ludicrously overrated in this poll. I wonder what the results would have been prior to beating Malignaggi, typical knee jerk.

Bradley has everything to give him all kinds of trouble at this stage.

good post. my point all along . bradley is still somewhat an unknown quantity.
i do however think people picking a defineate bradley win are even more deluded than those saying hatton would destroy bradley.

Firstly, he did not just beat him, was a very comfortable win, despipte the bull**** SD.

Also I think Witter looked so poor because Bradley had a very good game plan and stuck to it. It was an excellent performance in Bradley's first fight against a notable opponent in his backyard.

These people clearly have never seen Bradley fight and only think he's an American hype job but what they fail to realize he went to the UK and beat Witter there easily.

i know how good he is because i've seen him. hatton however is still the man to beat and would start this fight quite a wide favourite, so the voting on this thread is fair enough.

but witters performance was dreadful, really bad, but i take nothing from bradley he's a good up and coming talent. he should go an unify and build a name and the fight could happen.

I think Hatton would win. Though in fairness the Witter fight is the only one of Bradleys fights that I have seen. But there is nothing in that fight to suggest he would beat Hatton.

I would think Hatton would win a comfortable mabye 8-4 kind of UD. From what I have seen

Exactly. Damn impressive job he did out there against one of the most unorthodox and tricky fighters around, ranked 2 in the division at the time if I recall. People seem to brush it under the carpet like it never happened, and pretend Bradley hasn't done anything yet, when he beat a guy Hatton avoided since day dot.

The kid looks as strong as a bull, he won't just get bullied by Hatton. He does the basics well, punches straight and quick, the sort of shots that catch Hatton, and he actually has the power to worry him unlike PM. Also I could see him outlasting Hatton given the Lazcano episode and how fit Bradley looks.

Witter was really bad, but to emphasise that too much would take away from what Bradley did - going abroad and taking on an awkward opponent and emerging victorious.

The fact that he lost more than one round to Cherry in his last fight causes me to lean toward Hatton, and pretty strongly.

Especially given that Bradley would have to locate his passport again!

Best advice to Bradley would be to forget about Hatton for the time being, unify a couple of titles and look for Hatton mid-2010.

even you must admit that hatton looked fit as a fiddle on saturday though. he looked fresh in the 11th, far better conditioned than in the lascano fight. hes been doing altitude training ,things like that rather than just running around after a man wearing a tyre

    All a good post.

But Witter has performed ****ing shockingly at times, I see no reason why beating an unorthodox boxer like Witter, who frankly is prone to being awful at times, gives any indication of how he would perform against Hatton.
