He COULDN'T - He obviously tried, he spent half the fight trying to keep Hatton off from him, but every time he tried to duck-out, Hatoon would headlock, or wrestle him to the ropes. Finnaly Floyd had enough and just laid back on the ropes and let Hatton get confident, and as soon as Hatton STOPPED WRESTLING, and tried to actually use his gloves, Mayweather caught him clean and KTFO of the bum. End of story.

I wouldn't want to see a rematch simply b/c it was a clear and decisive W for PBF. I could understand if it was close, but it really wasn't. Of course people got caught up in the commentary as usual, but Hatton never had a chance. Besides, is it worth it to make up more excuses on why hatton lost? I know Hatton is brainstorming a lot lately.. Why not to fight Witter...How PBF cheated... How to spread his herpes.. etc.. I don't think he can think of another reason he suffered an L.

If the Brits are this upset about the job Cortez did, they'd better get prepared for Hopkins-Calzaghe. I've been saying for months that this fight will be in Bernard's back yard. He's a huge power in American boxing, has more influence then almost any other fighter. If you're a Calzaghe fan and don't think Hopkins is going make sure that the ref and judges are 'acceptable' to him, you're in for a really long and disappointing evening.

Soooooooo what you're saying is that Bernard is going have exactly the same advantage that Calzaghe has relied upon his entire career? The Patty-Cake's finnaly going to get what he deserves.

I don't know anything about Calzaghe having an advantage over his career. Could be true. I haven't seen enough fights to say. But I know Hopkins is going to have an advantage in this fight. That's why I think Hopkins is going to win.

Wrong it actaully shows how limited Ricky really is and he's nothing but a one-dimensional swarmer. If he would have stood in the middle of the ring and threw coming in instead of looking to hold and hit he would have been picked apart like a turkey on thanksgiving.:deal

Exactly. PBF was trying to bait Hatton for most of the fight, from the 5th round on he was toying with Ricky. He wanted Ricky to let his hands go more because he knew Ricky would get reckless and come in squared up and wide and that's exactly what happend. But Hatton and his fans are to stupid to see it, all they can see is so called poor refing and illegal tactics from PBF.:-( PBF's gameplan was absolutely brilliant rarely seen in boxing today and it shows you why he's the best boxer in the world.:deal Deal with it your boy got beat at his own game and KTFO.:hi:

Really? OK, then you shouldn't have a problem in proving your intelligence is superior. Go ahead, I'm waiting.

Oh, now I'm a moron AND a "Hatton apologist"? Fine. Well, if that what being objective and unbiased makes you, so be it.
