    assuming hatton looks good against paulie, is this fight as hilarious and ridiculous as " the ruth " thinks ?

    I'd like to see it but Cotto shouldn't hurt himself to fight at 140. Hatton should meet him at 147.

    i agree, cotto probably would win, my point is its a legitimate match up and would be a huge fight.

    this fight is too late... everyone knows hatton is not the best at 147 and cotto would not go back down at 140 esp. having some unfinish business to take care of....

    It would be a huge fight and Cotto would **** Ricky up, if I am Cotto and the fight presents itself you take it. I cant see Hatton fighting at 147 again and i don't see Cotto going down to 140.

    I'm a Hatton fan but I know Cotto would destroy Ricky. So why on Earth are peopl even giving Hatton a chance, when if this had been asked before the Cotto vs Margarito people would have laughed their fat, internet based arses off?

    Cotto would have to go to 140 (which is unlikely), and it's no mismatch at all. Hatton has beaten arguable better.

    Hatton won't go back to 147 and Cotto can't make 140 anymore. :deal

    But if . . . and only IF . . . Hatton decides to go up to 147 to fight Cotto . . . he'll get the severest beating he can get in his whole boxing career. Style makes fights!
