Hatton V JMM

This was the fight i wanted after Pac Hatton. Knew Hatton would lose but never thought it would be so devastating. Basically ****ed up any chances of this fight happening

My prediction on Hatton v JMM is the same as it was pre Pac fight.

JMM wins by stoppage....................

 

hmm says... JMM would beat Hatton. Hatton does not fair well with counter-punchers and was knocked down by Pac and PBF from counter-punches..

Pre-Pac: I would've probably gone more towards Hatton cause JMM is still unkown at 140lbs and showed some signs of possible slowing down.

Hatton vs JMM. It probably can happen, but I don't see it ever happening. I don't think there are any reasons/benefits for JMM to pursue Hatton. No doubt people will criticize JMM for going after Pac leftovers, etc. He should just retire with two losses from p4p kings.

now it depends on how marquez does against mayweather(fighting above 135 for the 1st time)before i can make a confident pick

if mayweather beats jmm,then i hope the hatton fight will still happen should ricky fight again

 

As much as I admire JMM, I'd still have to favor Hatton @ 140lbs.
(I Will wait to see how he looks @ 140lbs+ in the Floyd fight)

The 2 losers against Pacquaio and Mayweather squaring off in a kind of consolation bracket.

No one know how Ricky would come back or if he'll ever be the same fighter after such a brutal knockout. I think its gonna age him a little.

Regardless, He's a bigger guy than Marquez, younger, and must only worry about counters and craftiness as opposed to Manny's unfathomable speed.


i see Ricky squeaking by in this fight if he is the same fighter who beat Paulie Malgglinani. He gets a split decision is a slugfest if thats the case.

But if its an old Ricky Hatton.. this isn't necessarily the kind of guy he'd want to be in the ring with.

this would be a great farewell fight for Hatton and a great way for JMM to get revenge on Hatton for taking out Castillo.

 

this fight would probably happen at manchester england if jmm loses to floyd.

floyd may fight on but for the others it would be perfect


but if floyd beats pac and jmm beats hatton, pac and jmm may well have the rubber

 

Coulda, woulda, shoulda, but old Ricky is shot. He just doesn't chunk 'em like he used to. He should just take a nice farewell fight (or two) for the home town fans and start thinking about life after boxing. No need to get in there with an active HOF fighter for your last fight.

Now that all depends on how JMM looks against PBF.
