He isn't, but as far as styles go it doesn't get much worse for Hatton. Khan would land at will with rapid combinations and he has a big reach advantage. Hatton has the punchers chance but Khan is more mature now and I couldn't see him getting too careless. Plus, Hatton is finished anyway.

Khan TKO in about 6 rounds.
