I would be supporting Ricky in this fight despite going to both Khan's and Ricky fights. Im not to sure how i feel about this fight happening however. On one hand Amir loses its another loss to his name, against a so called "shot" oppenent. On the other Ricky wins and could potentially stall Khans progression as a lightwelterweight boxer.

Definetely, Khan. He's young, he actually has a future in the sport.

    I think Hatton should retire.

I see no legitmate sporting reason for him to continue fighting. His last performance was shambles, I know it was against the P4P king, but it was still a train wreck, he's been on the slide for a while, got rocked by Lazcano, punch resistence is gone, he's only sticking around for the money, IMO.

I personally hope it never happens.

I think Ricky should retire, however if he fights on it should be against a world class big name (a one last dance sort of thing)

Fighting Khan does nothing for either man regardless of who wins.

Each fighter would be facing their worst nightmare stylistically in my view. I wouldn't mind seeing either man win, not sure who actually would though.

I'd probably go with Khan not a big fan of Ricky.

Most likely Khan (it pains me to say that)

Roach will have the perfect game plan for him. Jab, jab, overhand right, circle away, uppercut, jab, right. Amir at this stage could make Ricky look silly.

Unfortunately for Khan, he's probably the worst inside fighter in boxing, so he'll always be vulnerable against Hatton.

Yes but Amirs movement will stop Ricky getting inside. Ricky at this stage just doesn't have enough.

If the fight happens I hope I'm proven wrong.

If Khan keeps the distance and throws them quick shots Hatton's eye will swell up like ****. Malinaggi had one looking bad in 3 rounds i think Khan will have him looking a lot worse

:good I think he feels he still has something to prove as well- more to himself than us. I just want the guy to retire now, he's achieved a hell of a lot and come up short against two of the greats of this generation- no bad thing about that.

As for who I'd back- I'm not bothered. Khan has looked very promising since Roach has got hold of him- albeit against ***an and Barrera- and Hatton just seems to be on the slide. That said, Hatton was very good against Malignaggi- people seem to forget this. I'll sit on the fence!

    Hatton.

That right hand he landed on Pacquiao would have knocked young Amir out cold. If he could get in position to land that on Pac I can't see him having a problem getting to Khan either, Hatton's footwork was always one of his stronger points. Plus I highly doubt Khan has the power to get rid of Hatton so quickly so I've gotta go with Hatton when the bout is likely to take place over a decent amount of time.
