At the time most regarded him as the second best at LWW and a decent opponent.

I actually thought Malignaggi would beat Hatton but he disappeared after the 3. Hatton totally dominated him.

You show some great boxing knowledge. Infact it resembles those who i often remember going into school with and theyd ask me after a big fight. Hey do you think Calzaghe would beat Hatton. :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

wtf u on about, khan would give hatton a boxing lesson

hattons **** these days, khans too quick for him, got more skills, better movement, khan would just box him in from long range you really think hatton would get a chance to hug and do all that ball room bollox..... nah he wouldnt, its start off hatton would come straight to khan trying to close of the ring, khan would find his range easy, poping the jab, fighting of the back foot.. im telling ya khan at his very best beats this version of hatton.. im telling ya hes a changed fighter, hes lost 1nce coz of too much weight training and fighting in straight lines.. bulking himself up with his rugby coach.. plus freddy roach... watch the barrera fight, see the movment.. if you know boxing you'd knoc what im talking about, hes found hes cuteness...... hes found his talent..

at 140, with extra power, combined with the lighting speed, id put my money on it khan would kill hatton

back in the day fair enough hatton would probably - most definitely blast khan out.. but if the fight happend tommorow, khan would knock him the **** out

Unless Hatton absolutely shot to pieces he'll KO Khan early.

I'm still not sure who I think would win. Khan has terrific handspeed and Hatton isn't exactly Willie Pep but I can't help thinking how much trouble a borderline shot Michael Gomez gave Khan on the inside.

can I just say, it must ****in kill you inside Gaz to see all the fairweather fans who would have bathed in Hattons reflected glory had he beat Pac or Floyd now come into threads like this backing Khan against your boy.

    Fickle is an uderstatement.

If Ricky comes back from his last defeat & gets big win in the future, I feel sorry for you as you have stuck by ricky hatton through thick & thin GazOC, & most of his former fans now want to see Khan whup his ass, its pretty pathetic how everyone has turned on him if you aske me. Fighter loyalty is less & less important to posters on these shores nowadays, its all about the here & now sadly enough...

I speak as a scottish boxing fan who suffers more lows than highs in the sport, but I believe you should call yourself a Hatton superfan on here, & if Ricky upsets the odds & gets another big win? Only you & a select few should be allowed to rejoice in hattons victory here.

    & thats the truth.

Cheers Dunky, you're a gentleman!! I can see how it'll be good for British boxing if the "torch is passed" and Kahn beats Hatton but theres no way its going to happen any time soon.....:good

Love how all of a sudden Khan has become so popular after a dodgy win over a very long in the tooth Barrera.

I'd like Hatton to win. Dont get me wrong I like Khan but for everything he's done for the sport (in this country especially) I really wouldn't want Hatton to become a laughing stock be losing to Amir. I just hope this fight doesn't materialize. Khan is generally a bit of a joke with the British public. He's one of those fighters, for one reason or another that everybody always was and always will be waiting on to lose. When he got desimated by Prescott i've never seen so many 'non-boxing' fans so happy and its pathetic really. If Hatton got beat by Khan the boxing fans would know the score but the general public and non boxing sport fans would jump off the 'Hatton' bandwagon quicker than they jumped on it when he beat Tsyzu

khan all the way,the way DR roach has brought on khan is unbeleiveable,
whilst he has had khan,he has beatern the great otis reading, sorry ***an,and that all time great MAB with ease, not one shot landed on him,DR roach should be intoned as a demi God by the vatican, now,

what a load of tosh half of you lot talk.even a half shot hatton would spark khan,
khan might run around the ring for a few rounds pitter pattering, but if hatton can land on that fellow mayweather,im pretty sure he can land on khan
