Hatton v Mayweather Time difference issue between London and Vegas

what happens is fights in vegas go out earlier in the evening so the east coast can still watch and the east coast fights go out a bit later so the west coast can watch .

 

this is not a problem

hatton tsyzu started at 2.30am uk time to suit usa tv

hatton castillo started in prime lv slot and was still premium ppv in uk

hatton will sell anytime, anyplace - its not an issue

 

I doesn't start at 11pm in Vegas, more like 8pm. East coast time for fights is around 11PM. That should clear all confusion.

 

Truth be told they host the fights closer to 10 and we watch them closer to 5. That's 7hrs.

 

If your in the UK it will be the normal 3-4 oclock start like it has been from the beginning of time.

 

If its in the UK they'll kick the main event off just after 3am and keep everyone happy. Thats what happened with the Zoo fight and that was still a sell out at the gate.

The UK PPV numbers won't be hurt that much, its a fact of life for us that if we want to watch a big fight live then we usually have to stay up until the early hours on Sunday morning to do it.

 

With the late drinking laws in the UK now we dont care,just fall out the pub and go watch the hitman do his work!
