    you can still register, you just have to receive a direct signal as well for the event. We will not at this stage allow someone to register with receiving a direct signal so we can guarantee viewing. You will then be able to purchase throug the box office menu and record any other events in future. We have done this early for this event due to the high demand and the high likelyhood registration only signals won't hit in time

    I've ordered several fights through primetime before but te card I used has expired. Can I change card details online or do I have to ring?

    ive tried ordering through sky box,but the screen is just blank ?

    Have you registered with primetime before? ch498 will only be showing a slate just now as nothing is on the channel at the minute

    yes ,but there is nothing on the screen,its blank ?

    When you ordered were you presented with a screen with the price and asked to press select to confirm?

    no it was blank


    Should i switch the plug on the SKy box?

    i have multiroom, will the broadcast be shown on both my sky boxes or just the one?

    No, your card is paired with your box so it won't work
