So if I want to order Primetime for the first time in order to watch this fight I will have to phone a national rate number where I will be held in a queue in order to pay £14.95 + £2.50 registration fee? I won't be able to record this fight and I won't be able to watch it in HD?

Ricky Hatton, man of the people. I am glad he is doing this for the fans and not for the money.

That's all right apart from the queue bit, your details are taken by a machine

You will only queue if you can't complete the process with the automated service and need to speak to an advisor

They had better be quick, I've already used it to get 2 tickets for Eric Clapton at the Albert Hall, and a ton of stuff from Amazon.

    National rate???!!!

Good luck with that!!! Last time I ordered the Pacquiao fight through these lot they kept me on hold for about an hour at premium rate, and it wasn't till I got my phone bill the next month that I discovered the cost of the call had actually been more than what I paid for the fight!!!!

And missed most of the undercard too. So it was definately £30 odd well spent and I have no hesitation in recommending their stunning levels of customer service to anyone. They are an absolute pleasure to do business with. :fire

Would I be able to pause it at all if I ordered it now?

Never registered with Primetime before. Decided to book the fight to watch online as it's easier (don't have a phone line near sky box). However, the registration page is all over the place; isn't clear what to do, it jumps around, twitches, resets.
It's pretty poor quality, and after watching the blurry sub-standard definition quality weigh-in (with live camera feed going for a wander out the building!) it didn't really impress me.

Anyway, I thought I'd try to set up to watch it on my iPad - download the "Primetime Live" app says their website... anyway, that doesn't exist.

    They ain't making it easy.

If you change the pause time in the Sky setting, can this be extended?

Hi, you only need a phone line connected to record the event which you couldn't do on your first event anyway.

Our web purchase form is pretty straight forward, not sure what you mean about jumping all over the place. What browaser are you using and what operating system?

O and the app exists - it's pretty easy to find so not sure what went wrong there?
