This is such bull**** - Why would a company turn off its ability to register customers before the 24 hour cut off because they can't handle the amount of signals. You really shouldn't be broadcasting these events if you are unable to actually provide the service. ****ing jokers.

    Thanks for the reply V.D.
I'm using IE9. The form doesn't let me input anything - the page jumps around and seems to reset every time. Doesn't behave like that on any other web pages.

Aah, I see the app now - but it's only an iphone one, not ipad, so the picture quality could suffer when it's zoomed in to full screen.

I can't run a phone line to the Sky box (just moved house, phone point is about 50m from the Sky point ), so I'll try using Chrome. Failing that I'll install the iphone app on my iPad & get a big magnifying glass.

you don't need your phone line connected, we send a signal direct to your dish - just give us a phone or click watch on sky and you'll be fine. You haven't needed a phoneline plugged in for over 2 years now:D

App works great on ipad by the way

I'm checking about the web issue you had now

You can register up at any point, registration is not closed. It is not a Primetime thing, it is how signals work on the sky platform. This is why along with your registration signal we send a direct signal to unlock your viewing. Within 24 hours of the event you can register and buy and watch, you just can't record.

It is a Primetime thing - Sky signals take up to 4 hours to receive. So if I called and registered now, then by fight time the signal should have had plenty of time to have been received. Then I could order through the remote and record it! Don't understand why it has be turned into such a hassle!

no ppv registrations signals take between 4hrs and 24 hours - more like 24 hrs at peak volumes. This event is creating massive volumes and we're not taking the risk that people don't get signals in time.

Hey Venus, strange how you ignored my post about you robbing people on phone charges.

Back on June 10th when ordering the Pacquiao/Bradley fight the Primetime channel instructed me to ring the number 08712718484.

I was then kept waiting for a total of 51 minutes, with my final phone bill for the call costing £15.63.

Do you have any feedback for me on that??!!

Do you still operate those extortionate phone charges while you run under-manned centres that can't cope with the demand??

C'mon, lets have some answers. :fire

That number is premium rate and you would have been advised the costs on screen. The numbr I gave in this thread 08448429844 s national rate, national rate calls are free in most landline and mobile call packages

Is it possible that I have managed to book without entering my Sky PIN code? I have ordered from Primetime before. It seemed to go through and the fight is now on my Sky Planner but I thought it was pretty weird that I didn't have to put my PIN in?

Did you order through your box, you only need to use your pin on your box if you have set you box to require a pin or it's over 18 content
