Hatton has said on both the scene and Sky Sports that the winner of Urango-Alexander would be a good option for him and it makes sense both in terms of risk/reward and financially now that JMM looks set to fight in Vegas on May 1st at 135, although I do feel Hatton would have been picked apart by JMM. I support Hatton's interest in the winner of Urango-Alexander and I think it'll be a good fight for him to come back to/ finish off on. I'm not saying Hatton will win, but it's a marketable fight and an interetsing one to come back with if it eventually comes off. Who knows, if Hatton wins then he could well set-up a huge unification fight with Khan in the future provided Khan keeps his WBA strap. Maybe not all over for Hatton? Who you got in Hatton-Urango/Alexander should it come off?:think:good
Urango Stops him. He's a solid puncher who brings the heat all night long and will go back to trying to break Hatton's body up. Plus he's a beast at 140 and against a shot imo Hatton i see him stopping him and Hatton's career ending by way of yet another stoppage. Alexander is a much safer fight imo.
Probably Urango if he wins. To beat him Hatton will have to do 12 hard rounds against a fighter who has probably improved slightly since they met the first time while Hatton def. has not. I've not seen enough of Alexander to make a judgement but he only has that one win against a 34 year old Witter on his record that carries any weight in world class. I guess I'll reserve judgement on a Alexander-Hatton fight until after the Urango fight.
If that is the case, hopefully its Alexander and that Hatton doesn't go over old ground. I pick Hatton to win both, although Alexander is a tough one IMO - I would have to wait until I see more of him to have a better judgement.
Personally i dont want to see Hatton against Urango again. Think the JMM fight would be far more appealing and marketable especially if it took place in the UK as it gives us the chance to see a living legend in the flesh, albeit a little far from his best days. I reckon it could be a really good fight for the fans.
If Alexander beats Urango (and I think he will) then I would favour him to out-point Hatton at this point. A clever south-paw who can box is not the ideal comeback for Hatton.

What a terrible fight. He has dominated Urango and he just does not need Alexander. Bradley had two belts and Khan is a much bigger domestic match up.
