I've said all along that the path of these 2 highlights the bull**** within boxing. Hatton is a decent fighter, but Witter is better and would knock him out. Why do you think Hatton had ducked him for a long time...citing some personal beef as the reason for ducking? Bull****.....the bottom line is that if Wicky thought he could beat Witter he would've fought him already.

    Witter knocks Hatton out.

Good ****. After PBF gives Ricky a boxing lesson he can have his last fight with Witter in the UK and retire with two straight losses.

im looking for a zab judah - junior witter rematch zab needs a belt and a competative fight that he would be the underdog and junior would get some much needed credit for beating his owner...though witter didnt get owned just ran 12 country miles.

but he looks great till now a new witter may have apeared.

i dont think so an unbeaten record sells much more i feel.

hatton is a great inside fighter but witter is a different kettle of fish small but wiry nimble but solid has decent defence a nice sturdy jab.

i dont think he would beat hatton(just a style difference i feel) but would show a good showing

I've been saying this for years about Hatton, Witter is a nightmare fight for him and he's shamelessly ducked the guy. Hell he was claiming he was 'too big' for Junior when he was the ****ing WBF champ for Christs sake

Hattons career is mostly smoke and mirrors in much the same way Hameds was. Hameds retirement plan was the fight with Barrera, Hattons retirement plan is the fight with Mayweather.

Shame Hatton never had the gonads to face Witter before, but he knows he'd get knocked the **** out.

It all comes down to the way these guys are promoted and most are too stupid to see beyond the bull****. Witter is a better fighter than Hatton and would beat him by stoppage.

Why do the clowns think Wicky has not agreed to fight Junior?

    :patsch :-(

i never said i didn't care about the potential contest, please keep up. was just pointing out i would not care one way or the other about who actually won it.

an old legend who was a big favourite, an old legend who you probably backed to win, an old legend that you label because it suits your arguement.

you'll be bringing out the 'oh but kosta had to fight at 2am' excuses next.

So you think that Tszyu and Castillo looked at their very best in their fights with Hatton then??

Hell many people picked Kostya to win and were wrong, same with Castillo. However with hindsight you can see that neither of those guys were anywhere near their best on those nights.

Now Hattons finally agreed to fight a guy that's in his prime, we'll see how good he really is. Retirement is beckoning.....

As a patriotic Brit I'm delighted that Witter prooved that twat Rodriguez wrong AGAIN. (JLC ko5 Hatton) but there are two posters on this thread who not at all objective about Hatton Curious as to why Piranha and You Out Sucka have this hate for him. Scurlaruntings is another.

    Do you know Witter personally?

That's a matter of opinion, but fair enough. At least he fought fighters in their prime, unlike Hatton.
