at 140, hatton close UD but a solid body attack in the last third clinches it

He has better technique, speed, defense, footwork, less reckless. Not sure on this 1 to be honest, lets see what becomes of Bradley

Difficult one this. We know all about Hatton, he's likely at the end of his career so his strengths and weaknesses have been seen & weel documented.

With Bradley, I'm not sure we know all about him yet, can't be sure exactly how good he is yet, I think there's more to find out - it's like reading half a book - you've only read half so therefore you can't be sure how good the whole thing is. Look at Devon Alexander - before Kotelnik, he was the best thing since sliced bread - after Kotelnik, a lot of revisionism going on.

From what I've seen so far (only a couple of fights mind you), and heard from Bradley's lips in interviews, I think he's a class act. I like his compact style, composure, good defence, coolness and intelligence. I think he's a better puncher than his record indicates too. But could he handle Hatton's workrate?

Having said all the above, and having only seen a couple of Bradley's fights,I find myself leaning toward Bradley. I suspect he may have adjusted during the fight, timed Hatton coming in, jolted him enough times to stop Hatton late on, the accuracy of Bradley's punches causing a cuts stoppage.

Bradley is overrated, i watched his fight with Witter and i wasnt impressed, Hatton would wipe the floor with him.

I dont think he hits hard enough to get Hattons respect, Hatton would maul him.

Bradley is one of the few to floor Witter, I think he does hit hard enough.

Interesting that you mention Witter, Hatton and/or the people behind him never seemed to want to fight Witter. I believe they felt vs Witter the risk outweighed the reward. Personally I think Witter would have given Hatton fits - unfortunately we will never know, and that is down to Hatton, and/or his management, imo.

This is a big negative when rating Hatton, imo. Here we have a British world champion who did not conclusively prove he was the best in Britain, let alone the world.

If i was Hatton id ignore Witter too, what did Witter ever do to prove he was in Hattons class.

Thats like saying Lennox was ducking Danny Williams while he was fighting the likes of Holyfield, Tua, Golota and Tyson.

Hatton basically said up yours to Witter. Hatton can retire knowing he did well with his career and lost to 2 ATG. Witters done **** all and has been bitching ever since

Bradely was **** and so was Witter. I want 36 minutes of my life back after watching that crap.

"Bradely was **** and so was Witter" Where do you start with comments like this?

"Thats like saying Lennox was ducking Danny Williams while he was fighting the likes of Holyfield, Tua, Golota and Tyson"

Not quite. While Hatton was ignoring Witter, Witter was winning the British & EBU titles, Hatton was defending his two-bob WBU fighting the likes of Joe Hutchinson, John Bailey & ****** Rowsell, and British fighters like Stephen Smith & Jason Rowland, whilst good fighters, were not of the class of Witter.

Why fight the likes of the above yet ignore Witter? Hatton-Witter was a bigger fight than all of the above. If Hatton had wanted the fight with Witter he could have had it, I'm sure. It would have been a massive fight in Britain. Witter wanted it - so therefore why didn't it occur? Because Hatton and/or his management didn't fancy it.

Hatton fans can dress it up all they want, I don't even think it's up for argument.
