If Paulie knocks Hatton out that would be more embarassing than the British public could bear and would end Hatton's career.
I'd like to see this fight, I fancy Hatton to come back with a win, he won't let his loss to PBF affect him, and KO Malgnaggi in the 10th round.
I think the tune-ups are a good idea. More to get his head in the right place for a fight against one of the top 3 other LW's, as his head seems quite confused at the moment in his latest interviews. He needs a win where he looks good, to get his self belief back then fight Rees or Malignaggi, if successful (Which I think is more than likely with both opponents) then he should get it on with Junior and try to unify.
K2Ray how are you not yet banned, for just spouting hate in every post, or childish remarks. You never bring anything mature or positive to the forums, I dont know if you realise how much of an embarrassment you are??? There's a saying in Poker ''if you cant spot the donkey at the table in the first half hour, then it's probably you'' I think this adage applies equally to you posting in these forums. You are a rude, obnoxious hater.
Malinaggi aint no Mayweather... damn. Hattons gone from having a 50/50 chance with the best fighter of the last 25 years to possibly losing to a half decent 140lb fighter in Malinaggi. Hatton wins this, Paulie can box but Hatton will rough his ass up and after fighting Mayweather, anyone else will seem a WHOOOOOLE heap easier. This is a much easier fight than Witter, simply because Malinaggi is a very, very, very watered down version of Mayweather.. similar in style, a cute boxer... probably the perfect fight for Hatton next.
