Both of these guys seem to be pretty cool people in interviews, and I believe that they both fight the best way they know how in order to win. But after watching these two in their most recent wins I have to wonder if this fight would be one of the most frustrating of all time to watch. Hatton lurches forward into clinches after any punch is thrown and many times before any punch can be thrown, and Malignaggi holds on for dear life every time there's even a remote possibility of an exchange taking place in an effort to suffocate any chance his opponent has of throwing a meaningful punch. And niether fighter ever fights their way out of clinches, instead electing to constantly exchange cheap shots behind the head with their free hand while waiting for the referee to intevene by prying them apart by force. This would be a foul-filled hugfest of the highest order. We'd probably need Jay Nady for this one....these two would drive him absolutely crazy though....hmmmm....it might be fun to watch after all....lol.

There would be hair & blood everywhere. Plenty of wrestling too.

    How about Hatton via decision.

I could envision either one winning. Malignaggi reminds me of a "poor man's" Hector Camacho. The question is....is Hatton a "poor man's" Julio Cesar Chavez?

The first 6 rounds would be Malignaggi running, the last 6 would be Hatton hugging.

Honestly as I viewed them back to back on the same card, I was left with the same question. :yep

I would like this fight to go down, because I had always believed one way or another Hatton would beat Paulie (who I very much dislike for some reason).

That said though, I wonder if Ricky can catch that running around little pea-**** in there. What if Paulie "out slicks" him around the ring and manages a UD? That would suck donkey balls.

Truth is, I don't like Ricky much either (inside the ring, outside he's great!:yep ), but he's right now my Obe Wan Kanobe- my only real immediate hope of seeing somebody put it to Paulie good.

But **** it, Cotto had Paulie lookin like A. Abraham vs. Miranda in there and Paulie wouldn't go down or quit. So there comes my conundrum, I think if Ricky were to beat him, it would just about have to be by KO because of Paulies elusiveness, and Paulie (as **** as he is to watch) is apparantly about un-knockable.
