I get the feeling this fight might happen, regardless of the Pac/Hatton result.

Mosley used, amongst other skills, the hit and then clinch tactic to great effect in his last fight - a skill Hatton has used much in the past.

They've also both recently hired star trainer gurus to help improve their game/technique (and surely both succeeded in doing just that).

Mosley would have the slight size advantage, arguably more power, and a great chin (great - not granite - Mosley showed us there is of course no such thing).

But the question is, if it happens, does Ricky have enough to make a fight of it? Who wins?

Mosley will paste Hatton, he will give Ricky the worst beating than Margarito had. Period.

mosely would win.the only chance hatton would have is if mosely would fight at 140 which would not happen.

Mosely would knock him out in about five or six rounds. Silly thread.

You don't think this fight might happen? I think there's every chance.

Ricky says he wants just a couple more big fights before calling it a day, this would possibly be the biggest fight out there (after Pacman).

Mosley also wants the big fights, and at 37, he'd probably rather take on Ricky first before a possible fight with Pac or Mayweather.

On paper, yeah Mosley might be favourite, but Hatton is a few years younger than Shane...

It might, I hope not as it would be pointless but it might. Then again, I don't think it will. Mosely just destroyed a huge welterweight, Hatton wouldn't go anywhere near him.

If this fight happens, Team Hatton & the fans that give him a chance will be the idiots. This fight will be over in 5.

hmmm. there doesn't seem to be much confidence in Hatton at 147?

    What about a catchweight - 143?

    Any better?

Mosley's 37years old and came in the ring at 160 vs. Margarito.....you really think he's gonna make 143??
