Say the fight was made at 140 who do you think would go in as favourite? Hattons record is unblemished at 140 and he looked rejuvanted against Paulie. Before last night many people had Hatton being too strong for Manny. However after seeing how impressive Pacman looked at the weight last night does that change everything? Would the venue Wembley/Vegas have a big role to play in who would start as favourite?
Pac will be favourite I imagine by some stretch after last night... UK odds will be skewed though due to betters putting money with their hearts rather than heads.
Keep in mind, by the time the fight actually started, Hatton was less than a 2-1 underdog against Mayweather. Heavy money was coming in on Hatton in the days leading up to the fight. I imagine we would see a similar scenario here.
With heavy money going on Hatton (as always) he would most likely start as favourite. The only times he has started as underdog was against Kostya and Floyd - the odds only got closer for the Paulie fight because people felt Hatton was dead at 140lbs and shot.
