No doubt many of you will disagree with me but this is my view on why it would be a very close fight.

-Hatton would be all over Pacquaio from start to finish and wouldn't give Pacman as much space as Oscar did.

-Despite Hattons defensive frailties he wouldn't be easier to hit than ODLH was at the weekend.

-Hatton would rough Pacman up like no one has before and i'm not sure wether Pacman would handle it particularly well.

-Hatton would nullify his speed by getting in close and closing the ring down, something Oscar tried and failed to do.

-Hatton would probably land double what Oscar did and im still not convinced Pacquaio's chin is solid enough above Lightweight.

-The hostile atmosphere would discourage Pacquaio and would give Hatton that added energy.

I'm not saying Hatton is favourite and i'm not saying that Hatton would win this fight, all im saying is that it would be a very close fight, I really hope it happens.

I love to agree, but Hatton is so vulnerable to jabs, and pacman will pick him apart!
    Never write Hitman off, never!

Hatton would've murdered Oscar on saturday night inside 5 rounds!

I don't think Pacmans jab is anything special thats why he went with a left hand lead against Oscar, i think Hatton will walk through his jab its the straight lefts that might course Hatton trouble.

Wow Pacman is a big favourite according to skybet, if you have Hatton for this one now is the time to put your money on.

The thing is that they don't know where it would be so that would perhaps effect that odds.

Hatton's odds will plummet once the fight is announced, all the money will go on him.

Yeah I agree, At Wembley in front of 90,000 screaming Hatton fans compared to 15,000 in the MGM with about 10,000 Hatton fans. I think if I was Pacquaio I know where i would rather be.

This could be an absolute massive fight. 90,000 at Wembley, PPV revenue...it could be a $100,000,000 event.

It definately wouldn't take much promoting, both of these fighters promote themselves.

Pacman would stop Hatton especially the way he boxes now. Even with Pacmans old style he still probably wins.

De La Hoya was not shot rather he was made to quit again.
