Yeah but we're alot wealthier, Manilla is the 3rd world dude. This would NEVER happen, only a guy with nothing to lose would ever fight Pac anywhere in Asia.
Filipino's are very respectful towards Pac's opponents there, treats them like hero's. Hatton wont have a problem. Only problem I see is the british hooligans that would go over there, might cause a war...
I guess you don't travel a lot. You don't even know how Manila looks like. JMM went to Manila and tried to **** off Pacquiao (he actually succeeded) but he still was able to go home unharmed. Stop your ignorant posts about other countries.
Are you trying to say that Manilla isn't the 3rd world then? Of course it is, how is stating a FACT ignorant?
MSG is the Mecca of boxing some of the greatest fights in boxing history were held there ..Do your research ..
Ah, didnt even know MSG stood for Madison Square Garden. Now it rings a bell Sure some huge fights has been held there, but isnt it the same for the vegas casinos such as Ceasars Palace?
Wherever it's held, the fight is going to have one hell of an atmosphere. I'd love for it to take place in MSG. I would try to get tickets if it's held in the Garden.
The feasibility is a good question. One . . . It would cost HBO or any other netwoRk carrying the fight a lot more of money to beam it woldwide. They have to bring in their personnels and equipments in thje Phil. This is the main reason wny they weren't able to cover Pac vs Larrios in Manila. Two . . . would the locals afford the price of the ticket? And will the casual boxing fans in the U.S. afford to travel to the Phil. just to watch the fight? This will surely affect gate receipts and the boxer's purse.
