In US you are looking at about 20-30,000 attendance. UK, about 100,000 attendance. Philippines, depends on the ticket price (affordable or not) and stadium capacity. Would easily do 10,000,000 attendance if there was a big enough venue. Perhaps holding it in a big park charging $20 per entry, fight would be there but unless your one of the closest 20,000 in the crowd, you would probably be watching it off the big screens provided anyways.

would be a huge waste of revenue , it should either be at a Casino(although preferably not) or the biggest stadium available in the UK(Wembley) or if they are somehow able to earn more money in the Phillipines .

However with 100,000 people in Wembley paying lets say an average of £60($120) , I doubt even the Casinos would be able to match Wembley's profit making ability for this .

MSG might have a historic value to it but so do large stadiums when it comes to bouts outside the US . eg Benn v Eubank at Old Trafford(42,000 attendance) , Calzaghe v Kessler 50,000+ at the Millenium stadium
Ali v Cooper at Wembley and then the rematch at Highbury stadium

Foreman v Ali , possibly the most famous bout ever took place in a football stadium(stade Tata Raphael) in Zaire(Democratic Republic of Congo)

Lewis v Botha took place at Millwall's football stadium . When it comes to the UK and it's fighters , then large stadiums, particularly football stadiums have as great a history as that of MSG for big boxing bouts .

BS...I'd bring in my own personal chefs, food and living arrangements if I were a boxer. Oh and I forgot, a decent referee.

In the interest of full disclosure, I'm Filipino. I don't really understand the perception that it would be too dangerous a locale. While the Philippines is a third world country, and Manny is the de facto national hero; I seriously doubt Hatton would need to be concerned with getting out of the country alive. Regardless, I can't see the Hatton camp agreeing to fight there. It would be too much of an advantage for the Pac-man.

Ohh **** let Manny fight Ricky at Wembley...If he does knock him out..it will go down as possibly the greatest performance in the history of this sport
