Hatton vs Pacquiao late 2008

Good time capsule post; Love them. A declining, hedonistic Hatton would have lost anyway, at that point, to a prime ATG- (PEDS or not, I'm not getting into that....) superb fighter.

Pacquiao has been VADA tested in 6 fights and has badly hurt or dropped every single opponent in those fights.

 

Innocent until proven guilty or at least show some sort of a smoking gun, whether that be ultra low t/e ratios, illegal IVs, failed A samples etc.

Pac literally has one of the cleanest records in boxing, not a smoking gun in sight. 6 vada tests, 20 years of championship fights and regular tests and not once he was caught with any inkling of ped use.

Plenty of fighters fighting far shorter with less tests and still got “caught”.

Floyd for example was caught with illegal IVs and ultra low T/E ratio, Morales A samples came back positive 2-3 times, Charlo missed a routine check and was “uncontactable”. Something, show me a little bit of something to grasp on to, to show Pac was on PEDs.

Success is not one of my criteria’s, otherwise the hell with it. Where do we set the bar. Shall we just say that everyone at the top is on PEDs? In that case, why even talk about it if we’re making that assumption, it’s an even playing field.

 

And how many stoppage Pacquiao had ever since he's been tested vada?

But Pacquiao had SEVEN fights without VADA testing and only knocked out ONE guy — the only guy that you can argue is smaller than him.

 

It's that way with all Pac fights. There's some kind of prejudice against him. They said the same thing about Thurman killing Pac. Now they are saying Spence will crush him. Same old story, right hook and roll....

 

So oscar, Hatton, cotto don't count? It dissapear?

VADA came into prominence and became a force in boxing sometime in 2011.

 

Thurman was supposedly too smart, too long and too powerful for Pacquiao.
