Hatton vs Pacquiao - What will be said about the winner, and where will they go after

In peoples opinion, what effect will the result have on the winners name/legacy, or whatever you want to call it. For me (i am english but hate blind patronism when it comes to boxers) hatton is overated by many and will prob be exposed by a much faster, slicker and just far too skillful fighter in Manny.

However, if Ricky wins (by KO or UD) it surely proves hes the man at 140, and while hes never gona be able to move up to fight the best at 147 (im sorry, hes just not good enough at that weight for the class in that division) for me that leaves him with a great name on his record and a few other options (jmm, nate campbell, winner of holt v bradley or swan song with witter!?) But will some of you just say 'hes still no good and can only beat blown up fighters going way out there natural division' (if so I dont care but again just interested)!

If Manny does what i expect (KO before 10) in my opinion it proves that he is still the man at the moment but will it be a case that many say 'Hatton was way overated and there were much tougher fights he could have taken'? and where does he go from there, back down for jmm? stay at 140 for one of the others mentioned above or up to 147 where mosley, cotto & pbf (if he does indeed come back) will give the big pay days but are surely to big for him to have a good chance!?

Either way all must agree its a quality fight ahead and fair played to them both for bringing us what should be one hell of a battle.

I think if manny does win he needs to be careful who his next opponent is, theres a big difference between beating odh (who looked so poor in there fight, and not just cus manny made him look bad, it was a fight too many for him), beating Hatton at lww and moving up for any of the best at ww let alone pbf who imo is yet another step up, not sure thats the smart move straight away!?
