this fight is one of the most simple fights to predict

just a bad stylistic match up for Hatton, he eats to many counters and Marquez gets him outta probabily like the Diaz fight

Hatton will get beat no doubt.HAtton should stay sat in his armchair in retirement and say,"I wish i kept off them beer, pies and cakes".That ko by,Pacquiao was a devastating knockout, like Sugar ray knocking out Dave Boy Green(another British fighter)in 1979.

Pfff man , Hatton would get tore up despite the size difference.

Marquez by massive UD or late stoppage , Hattons reactions are going and he cant hold a shot anymore.

depends on what weight and how much hatton or JMM has left,at maybe a catch weight of 142 would suit hatton better,an on form hatton would beat jmm in a close and tough fight

I wouldn't mind seeing this happen. Hatton has a chance IMO. He still has power & the size advantage. My prediction would be Marquez UD

JMM's counter punching would pick hatton off everytime he came in there with his chest out, chin up and arms up and out with those lunging hooks of his. just think...jmm fought pac twice, if you put both fights together pac wins by a single point...pac blasted hatton out in 2 rounds. jmm does have a tendency to go down lately though so maybe hatton could catch him, but id take jmm in this one.

He'd better off fighting Juan Diaz. JMM could well make mince meat of Hatton.

I think Hatton will be totally ****ed if he comes back, he has drank and eaten himself into a condition worse than usual.

I would pick the Hatton that fought Mayweather to win though, likely by stoppage. Too big and would put too much pressure on Marquez who isn't a genuine 140 pounder, or 135 pounder for that matter. Hatton would be like a far more powerful relentless version of Juan Diaz, who Marquez got hit a lot by and dropped plenty of rounds to. Marquez hasn't got the punch resistance and physicality to beat world class fighters at 140 or above i don't think.

At this point, Marquez probably takes it in a competitive fight, Hatton maybe quits late, with both guys appearing to be shells of their former selves, but Hatton more worse for wear.

Bollovcks u bad tool. No1 takes a Kostya Tszyu right hand and walks thru it! HAtton did! surely thats testament to him having a great chin.
