Find it strange how the article says Marquez is a warm up for a fight with Khan. Shouldn't that be the other way around?

Marquez will stop Ricky unfortunately. Hatton should call it a day.

Hatton hasn't lost it, he never had it. Once he stepped into the ring with anyone that knows how to box not brawl he was done.

JMM hammers the nail of retirement into Ricky "I get hit man" Hatton.

    JMM wins it by UD.

Hatton would have a punchers chance, and I am big Hatton fan, but I think JMM is a HOF boxer and Hatton is a brawler.

JMM is much slower than say, 2 yrs back. I would like to see Marquez vs Khan actually.

Simply because Mayweather is never a risk taker. He could have KOed JMM if he brawled with JMM instead of being the counterpuncher.

Hatton however, although not comparable in skills, always go for a KO that is why he losses big because of ]it.

I think that Hatton will be too far gone at this point.... and with JMM being a great fighter in his own right, even though he too fading and at higher weight, i think his adaptability and accurate counter punching will be too much for Hatton.

if hatton comes in in top shape and looking and performing well, and executing nicely, this could go eather way imo and he could make a real go at it, but i dont think that will happen and so i think JMM wins a decision.

Shouldent he fight khan for the tune up fight instead of wanting to fight Marquez, I'm I the only one who thinks khan is overrated... Anyways you know who I got if this fight takes place...

    Marquez by counter-****.

This is like Foreman-Frazier. Hatton is the best possible style for Marquez.

    Late KO for JMM.

Hmmm... so who's gonna train Hatton then?

I'd watch this if it actually went down. But I think it would be JMM by UD/SD. Hatton might even hit the canvas once.

For the record, I don't think Hatton is shot. I think he needs some better (more favourable) match-ups. I think he could fight for a couple more years if he wanted to...
