lol lost to clottey, margo and pac. he didnt beat better fighters at 140

cotto almost got k0d twice by b level fighters. he ducked hatton and mayweather at 140. hatton was the man at 140 and cotto moved up instead

cotto was still an emerging fighter when hatton was a star and NO hattons resume is not better than cotto's. Cotto has fought against anyone who was anyone in 140-147. by the time cotto was a star mayweather was gone and hatton was over the hill.

People desiring to sound knowledgeable often come with the remark, "Does he deserve to go to the Hall of Fame, certainly not - but will he? Of course." It is unclear what these people have built the Hall of Fame up in their mind to be. It's not the "Hall of All-Time Greats", it's just the "Hall of Fame", and if it were too selective in allowing fighters in, it would ultimately get less recognition since it would alienate the vast majority who had stellar careers and who would not be allowed in.

Ricky Hatton will and should go to the Hall of Fame as it exists.

same as cotto but difference is hatton has won more titles and even the ring title

cotto has fought mostly b level fighters as well

    hatton

    tszyu
    collazo
    urango
    castillo are his main wins

lets be fair cotto's main wins were mosley and clottey (imo lost that fight)

the football is on now so im off

if you think castillo and tszyu are nobodies then your an idiot.

making koysta quit is a better win than a debatable descision over mosely.

arum said cotto was too green so didnt let him fight mayweather

navada rules are different, the wrappings are done under the eye of their officials, no bricks. the mosley fight wasnt in navada so he tried to cheat and got caught

HOF, I would say yes, but alot of that has to do with the large fanbase, etc.
But in fairness to Hatton, now Pacquiao has moved up to WW, I think he should still be rated as the no.1 LWW above Bradley, when you consider his only loss at LWW was against pound 4 pound no.1 Pacquiao (Maywheather loss and Collazo win were at WW and shouldnt count against him in his rating at LWW), & with wins over Tsyzu, then WBA champ Maussa, then and now IBF champ Urango, Castillo, Lazcano and Malignaggi seem better wins than Witter, Cherry, Holt and Peterson and a ND with Campbell

then add paulie to hattons as well

hatton owns cotto in terms of titles and fighters BEATEN. hattons losses against mayweather and pac

cotto against margo and pac. cotto got destroyed and it was a one sided fight like the same as hatton

    are you for real?

anyway this time i am off. tszyu was younger mosley and coming off a smiler lay off. also was one of the top pound for pound easy. better than mosley who was nearing the end when fighting cotto

it wasn't announced it was going to be his last fight before fighting hatton, have you thought that maybe it was koysta's last fight because of the beating he took? Hatton made koysta quit, cotto squeaked past mosely and had to run towards the end of the fight once mosely worked him out.

koysta was a top 3 p4p fighter when hatton fought him and the man at 140.

mosely was outside the top 10 p4p at the time and wasn't the man at 140 either.

and it's not called soccer it's called football.
